Job Summary

We are actively seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions to tackle complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in ML/DL algorithms such as KNN, RNNs, LSTMs, and more.
• Proficiency in Deep Learning libraries (Pytorch, Tensorflow, Jax).
• Experience in data processing (numpy, pandas, dask).
• Capability to handle model training and inference at scale (using technologies like dockers, k8s, ray, pyspark).
• Knowledge in MLOps principles and experience in data technologies and frameworks.

Requirements for Success

• Advanced skills in ML techniques like CoT, ReACT, Dspy for prompt fine-tuning.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization for model explainability.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in Hybrid Search and RAG.
• Experience with open-source LLMs such as Mixtral-7Bx8, Llama2 etc.
