What You Will Do

• Design and deploy advanced machine learning systems to solve complex challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier ML products.
• Lead exploratory technology initiatives and drive innovation with new ML applications.
• Conduct comprehensive A/B testing, analyze outcomes, and enhance existing models.
• Adapt and evolve in a dynamic work environment as the company scales.

What You Will Need

• 3+ years of relevant experience in applying machine learning in industry settings.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, data analysis, and model development.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML libraries (such as pandas, TensorFlow), and cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in NLP, Kubernetes, and dbt is advantageous but not required.
