What You’ll Do

You will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions, ensuring they are reliable, performant, and scalable within production environments. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining robust AI infrastructure and pipelines for seamless data processing and model functionality.
• Optimizing and fine-tuning AI models to enhance their efficiency and accuracy.
• Implementing effective monitoring and alert systems to ensure optimal performance and system health.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our software applications, ultimately enhancing our customer support systems.

This role suits you perfectly if you are proficient in Python, familiar with machine learning frameworks (such as PyTorch and FastAPI), and have experience in deploying ML models, working with cloud platforms like AWS, and utilizing Kubernetes and Docker.
