We are actively seeking talented Tools and Infrastructure Developers to contribute to our cutting-edge machine learning projects. This role involves the creation of innovative machine learning tools and frameworks, with a focus on scalable evaluation of generative models across all stages of the code lifecycle, including coding, testing, building, and deployment.

What You’ll Do

As a part of our dynamic team, you'll:

• Develop and scale backend systems to enhance the machine learning workflow for our development teams and partner teams.
• Analyze the developmental challenges tied to our scalable systems and provide effective solutions.
• Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to design, build, and maintain large-scale model evaluation systems.
• Continuously engage with different teams to provide support and specialization in the Swift programming language and ecosystem.
• Drive the development and optimization of high-performance systems through architectural improvements and algorithmic refinement.
• Participate in feedback loops, providing data-backed insights to model training teams.

Who You Are

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in building scalable backend systems, preferably for machine learning or deep learning model training and evaluation.
• Expansive understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and related technologies.
• Strong capabilities in writing clean, production-quality code and solving complex problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, conducive to a collaborative work environment.

Pay & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range from $170,700 to $256,500, depending on your qualifications, skills, and experience.
