What You Will Do:

You will have the opportunity to:

• Train cutting-edge models, both internally developed and sourced from the community, to tackle real-world problems for our enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with our product and research teams to pinpoint opportunities for new and ongoing services.

• Innovate by integrating human feedback and assisted evaluation into our existing product lines.

• Engage directly with our customers, some of the most sophisticated ML organizations, to rapidly prototype and construct deep learning models aimed at multi-modal content understanding challenges.

What We Are Looking For:

Ideal candidates should have:

• 3-5 years of experience in model training, deployment, and maintenance within a production setting.

• Expertise in NLP, LLMs, and deep learning.

• A track record of published research at major machine learning conferences or in reputable journals.

• A strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.

• Native fluency in Arabic.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience handling large scale AI challenges, particularly in the generative-AI domain.

• Demonstrated experience with large vision-language models across diverse applications such as classification, detection, and question-answering.

• Proficiency in high-level programming languages and frameworks like Python, DeepSpeed, Pytorch Lightning, Kuberflow, TensorFlow, etc.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate in a team environment.
