About the Role: Machine Learning Scientist

We're excited to expand our team with the addition of early members to our research unit. As part of this pioneering group, you will work intimately with the founding team and lead a wide array of technical initiatives. Your role will be essential in building and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models, leveraging a robust H100/scientist ratio that far exceeds industry standards. What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Over 5 years of experience in training state-of-the-art models using distributed PyTorch.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the entire lifecycle of data engineering, including designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
• A proven track record of independently managing research projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in developing large generative models from scratch, particularly LLMs or diffusion models.
• A passion for music—whether it's listening, exploring, or creating—will be a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

This Machine Learning Scientist position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $280,000, with equity and additional benefits. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
