This role is pivotal in applying advanced machine learning techniques to various complex tasks including NLP, speech analytics, and more.

Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Research and innovate with new machine learning methodologies through independent study and active participation in our knowledge community.
• Develop advanced machine learning models to tackle real-world problems across NLP, speech recognition, and other areas.
• Collaborate with diverse partner teams across Business, Technology, and Product Management to effectively deploy solutions.
• Lead major initiatives to enhance the application and integration of machine learning models throughout the business.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science or Mathematics, or an MS with extensive industry experience.
• A solid background in NLP or speech technologies, with a deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning methods.
• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and the ability to build scalable training models for big data.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates will also have:

• A strong foundation in Mathematics and Statistics.
• Familiarity with financial services and skills in cloud-native deployment in distributed environments.
• A track record of published research in significant machine learning publications or conferences.
