Role Responsibilities

• Independently research and develop cutting-edge machine learning models, particularly focusing on NLP and speech recognition technologies.
• Engage with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, and Compliance to ensure seamless deployment of ML solutions into production.
• Lead initiatives to create scalable frameworks that enhance the application of machine learning across various business units.
• Participate in global conferences and contribute to our internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field or an MS with over 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in NLP, deep learning algorithms and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Ability to devise strategic ML experiments and evaluate model performances to align with key business objectives.

Preferred Experience

• Strong foundation in Mathematics and Statistics; experience with financial services sectors is a plus.
• Record of peer-reviewed publications in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, A/B testing, and modern development practices including CI/CD.
