Hyperconnect is seeking a talented Machine Learning Software Engineer (MLSE) to join our innovative team. As a key part of Hyperconnect, you will leverage cutting-edge machine learning technologies to enhance user experiences and contribute significantly to the growth of our services. This role falls under our Hyper-X division, which collaborates with Match Group to fuel future growth by combining breakthrough technology and creative ideas.

Key Responsibilities

ML-Based Backend Application Development: Design and implement complex machine learning backend applications (FastAPI) that are robust and scalable.

Optimization of Machine Learning Model Inference: Develop methodologies to optimize the inference process, making it cost-effective and speedy.

Service Innovation through Machine Learning: Engage in Proof of Concept (PoC) work to swiftly validate new ML technologies and ensure they deliver real value to users.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have over three years of related experience or equivalent capabilities, strong knowledge in CS fundamentals, and actively participate in every stage of service development. You should exhibit a proactive work style, team collaboration skills, and the ability to develop innovative services from scratch.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with full lifecycle ML model development, deployment, and optimization is favored. Additionally, those who have built IT products from the ground up, adapt quickly to new environments, and have worked in high-scale backend development are preferred. Proficiency in English is a plus.
