Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Machine Learning Software Quality Engineer to enhance our team at ServiceNow. This role is pivotal in driving the quality of our technologies through meticulous testing and innovation in automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Extensive experience in quality assurance and application development within Java or Python ecosystems.
  • Demonstrate strong test automation capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience in testing scalable production systems using Python or Java.
  • Skilled in AI/ML modeling techniques and familiar with both supervised and unsupervised learning models.
  • Effective at collaborating across teams, with stellar communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to scope project requirements, develop test cases, and evaluate results critically.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
  • A Master’s degree in similar disciplines with at least two years of professional experience is also acceptable.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $121,600 - $188,400 for Bay Area positions, adjusted based on qualifications and location. Our comprehensive benefits include health plans, 401(k) with company match, equity, and more.
