Who You Are:
As a Machine Learning Staff Engineer, you'll lead our machine learning initiatives that span research, design, development, and maintenance, optimizing exchange processes and enriching audience engagement through our in-house technologies. This position is based in our Bangalore, India office.

What You Will Do

• Design and develop advanced machine learning systems that integrate seamlessly with our programmatic stack (Go, Java & Python).
• Collaborate with backend teams on experimental interfaces for real-time testing and development.
• Manage ETL processes and develop custom datasets to drive personalized research efforts.
• Transform data science prototypes into fully functional machine learning platforms that support business optimization.
• Maintain and enhance ML models and frameworks, tackling complex business challenges through data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of industry experience as a senior Machine Learning or Research Engineer, especially within the advertising sector.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or similar.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Go, Java, and Python, and familiarity with ML Ops tools and ML libraries.
• Experience in high-performance distributed systems, especially in an online environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and a proclivity for working collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
