We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. This leader will spearhead our ML initiatives for both clients and internal projects, leveraging expertise in machine learning, data science, and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and engineers, understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, integrating relevant innovations into the team’s work.
• Ensure best practices in data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment to advise clients and support internal projects.
• Manage the infrastructure and tools needed for efficient ML model development and deployment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Ph.D. preferred.
• Proven track record of leading ML projects from concept to production, particularly for external clients.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of ML engineers or data scientists.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Extensive experience with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, including version control, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
