Join Figma as Our Manager, Data Science - Finance

Currently, we're expanding our talented team and looking for a seasoned Data Science Manager to catalyze growth within our Go-to-Market team. This full-time role is available at our US hubs or remotely across the United States.

As a pivotal leader in our data science organization, you will:

• Guide and expand a diverse team of data scientists dedicated to the finance sector.
• Collaborate with finance leaders to establish strategic priorities and objectives.
• Champion a data-driven culture by enhancing metric-based reporting and insights.

What We Look For:

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Over 5 years of experience in managing high-performing data science teams.
• A strong track record of positively impacting sales and marketing outcomes through data insights.
• Expertise in statistical methods, including advanced forecasting techniques.
• A deep commitment to using data and metrics to drive business decisions.

• Experience managing teams in rapidly growing environments.

Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub): $198,000—$317,000 USD.
