Dover Business Services (DBS) is seeking a Finance Hub Manager specializing in Master Data Management for our dynamic shared service center based in Cebu, Philippines. This pivotal role focuses on managing and overseeing the Master Data Management team to ensure precise and timely processing of master data alterations.

About the Role

As a Finance Hub Manager, you will lead the Master Data Management team, providing specialized support to internal stakeholders such as Corporate Controllership and Dover Operating Companies. You will be responsible for the global oversight of Master Data Management activities, ensuring seamless and efficient cooperation across various DBS sites including locations in Suzhou, Bucharest, and Bangalore. Your role will also encompass administrative support for various specialized teams depending on organizational needs and your professional expertise.

Essential Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy

Develop and guide the strategic direction for the management of customer and vendor master data, ensuring high data quality and compliance across global operations. You will define roles and responsibilities within data stewardship and lead the modernization of information management practices within DBS.

Process Management

Manage end-to-end master data processes and maintain compliance with established procedures. Collaborate across teams to uphold data standards and monitor adherence to these standards through regular audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management

Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, manage MDM-related communication and training, and coordinate with relevant parties on process changes and system enhancements.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating audits and managing risk mitigation strategies.

Team and Performance Management

Lead the MDM team in achieving high-quality deliverables and encourage continuous learning and development. Set and review performance metrics and manage resources to optimize team output and project outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for an MBA, and at least ten years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a shared services environment. Strong technical skills with ERPs and data analytics tools like Power BI, as well as exceptional leadership and communication abilities, are essential.
