Key Responsibilities:

• Develop machine learning models employing techniques such as Linear/Logistic Regression, XG Boost, and Random Forest.
• Apply your problem-solving prowess to deconstruct complex business challenges into manageable issues, translating these into analytical models.
• Leverage vast platform data to generate actionable insights and oversee the creation of comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Lead transformation projects that significantly impact the financial top-line and bottom-line through innovative analytical approaches.
• Champion data-centric decision-making processes within the organization, instigating change management to align all stakeholders with data-driven strategies.
• Manage and mentor a dynamic team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to deliver high-impact solutions and insights to business units.

What You Will Bring

Your background plays a critical role in your success within this position. You are expected to have:

• At least 8 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar field.
• Proven ability in using Python, SQL, and advanced machine learning techniques.
• Strong capability in steering and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid managerial experience and a demonstrable capacity for leading technical teams.
