Job Description:

As a key member of our Advanced Analytics team, you will apply your extensive skills in R and Python to tackle complex issues in marketing analytics. With at least 3 years of experience in similar roles, the ideal candidate will adeptly handle everything from multi-touch attribution to marketing mix modeling. You will not only contribute to but also lead the development and optimization of our project frameworks, employing tools such as Shiny, Flask, or React.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to define challenges and set directions for solutions.
• Develop statistical models to assess the impacts of marketing initiatives at HP.
• Stay updated with the latest technological and industry trends.
• Communicate effectively within teams to provide updates and identify proactive solutions to challenges.

What We Look For:

• An academic background in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Biology, Computer Science, or equivalent with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• Proven experience with data manipulation, visualization, and statistical model development using R and Python.
• Knowledge of data science web application frameworks such as Shiny, Streamlit, or React and experience with cloud-computing data science platforms.
• Excellent ability to craft compelling stories from data and communicate these to support business decisions.
• Solid command of English with exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

Job Specifics:
