The Role

As a Master Data Management Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our essential data systems. This includes managing updates, verifications, and creation of master data across Finance, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Product domains. This role is vital for ensuring our data remains consistent and reliable, supporting our fast-paced operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage requests for creation, updates, and changes to master data in various systems.
• Ensure data uniformity and accuracy across all platforms.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to complete data fields and resolve queries.
• Support the execution of mass data updates and adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Contribute to internal and external audits and compliance with governance standards.

About You

We're seeking candidates who thrive in detailed-oriented, dynamic environments. Experience in data entry or a similar role within master data teams, while advantageous, is not mandatory. More crucial is your enthusiasm for data management and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of core finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) will be beneficial.
