Job Description

• Collect business requirements and develop or identify advanced data mining, machine learning, and business intelligence solutions.
• Design presentation interfaces with optimal usability and user experience.
• Identify, collect, convert, and update various data types/sets in multiple locations (e.g., ETL).
• Produce data models according to specific problem statements.
• Engage in scripting and programming.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of analytics architecture and its solution stack, including performance, physical design, and capacity dimensions.
• Write comprehensive documentation and collaborate with other project teams to address cross-project interdependencies.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of data analytics techniques and tools.
• Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, and PERL.
• Proficiency in continuous code delivery and unit testing.
• Expertise in ETL processes and tools (e.g., Talend Open Studio).
• Good knowledge of SQL tooling (NoSQL DB, MongoDB, Hadoop, SQL).
• Knowledge of architectural design and implementation of scalable modern data stores.
• Experience with R-Studio infrastructure is an asset.
• Strong skills in developing interactive R/Python dashboards using packages like Shiny, Dash, or similar.
• Experience in developing R/Python functions for linear algebra calculations, ensuring efficient manipulation of data.
• Proficiency in data management libraries such as Pandas (tidyverse and dplyr for R) and Numpy.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly (ggplot2 for R).
• Ability to write clear and structured technical documents.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Results-oriented mindset focused on delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
