Job Responsibilities

As a Mid/Senior Data Scientist, your core responsibilities include:

• Co-creating projects from concept to implementation to solve business problems in areas like DEX/CX/operations—predictive analytics, segmentation, forecasting, and recommendation.
• Utilizing a wide array of model types, including boosting models, Bayesian methods, causal inference, optimization methods, and deep learning.
• Processing terabytes of data using Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• Working with various data types, including tabular data, spatial data, natural language texts, images, and time series.
• Implementing offline and online models.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level data scientists.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and data engineers.

Ideal Candidates

We are looking for professionals who:

• Hold a degree in a field strongly related to statistical/mathematical modeling such as Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science or similar.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis using SQL and building ML solutions.
• Are skilled in translating business challenges into ML problems.
• Can clearly communicate with business units, from formulating analytical problems to presenting results intuitively.
• Are proficient in Python and basic development tools.
• Understand statistical and machine learning methods, particularly those used for forecasting and decision tree algorithms.
