The Role

As an ML Engineer, your task will be developing and deploying machine learning and AI solutions that influence the core functionalities of our product. You’ll engage in agile, lean cycles of building, measuring, and learning to innovate efficiently. By crafting rapid prototypes and iterating based on real user feedback, you will directly contribute to delivering cutting-edge features.

Your collaboration with a dynamic team of ML engineers, backend engineers, and data scientists will drive remarkable outcomes. You will explore a wide range of technologies including natural language processing, computer vision, and recommender systems. Your base will be in London, offering a flexible work arrangement with three days at the office and two days from home.

Responsibilities

• Implement, test, and scale ML and AI technologies.

Who We're Looking For

You should have a solid background in machine learning with at least four years of relevant experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar is essential; a Master's or PhD is a bonus. We value professionals who are adept at managing complex projects and can thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
