Role Responsibilities

As an NLP Engineer, your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and deploying NLP models and algorithms for extracting insights from unstructured text data
• Designing and implementing end-to-end NLP pipelines, from data preprocessing to model training and evaluation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop custom NLP solutions
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning research to incorporate new techniques into workflows

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A university degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related numerical/computational discipline; or equivalent research experience
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Git
• Strong problem-solving skills in machine learning and neural network design
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• A proven track record of successful NLP projects in an agency or consulting environment
• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Additional credentials that enhance your candidacy include:

• Familiarity with DevOps, Kubernetes (k8s), and AWS
• LLM fine-tuning experience
• A PhD in Machine Learning or NLP
• A record of publication in recognized conferences and journals
• Experience with Rust language
