What You Will Do

Marketplace Operations:

Market Monitoring and Investigations: Take ownership of monitoring and analyzing Bing ads, exploring key market behaviors and operating the 12/7 on-call rotation.

Analysis and Communication: Employ strong communication skills to adapt your findings to different audiences, driving key initiatives and handling high-impact issues independently.

Open-ended Analysis:

Collaborate with the product and development teams to analyze various marketplace operations, identify key KPIs, and generate insightful performance analytics.

Automation and Engineering:

Engage in quick coding and automation, explore machine learning solutions, and participate in the engineering orchestration to streamline processes.

Who You Are

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, though we are flexible for exceptionally skilled individuals. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Business with a strong focus on data analytics is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is essential. Experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and familiarity with machine learning tools will add value.

Communication Skills: You need excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively across diverse teams.
