Key Responsibilities

• Individually contribute to data science and machine learning R&D projects.
• Utilize your skills in data science, machine learning, and computer science to solve complex technology and business problems.
• Engage in projects from initial research to full development stages.
• Implement and optimize advanced algorithms in distributed computing environments.
• Gain a deep understanding of Epsilon PeopleCloud Digital Media Solutions, including our proprietary datasets.
• Collaborate fully within our research and applications projects team.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a computational, mathematical, engineering, or scientific field.
• Proficiency in computer programming, data structures, and algorithm design.
• Strong analytic and modeling skills with proven research project experience.
• Experience in data science, computer science, machine learning, AI, statistics, or graph algorithms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for summarizing complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational, motivational, and interpersonal abilities.

Additional, But Not Required Skills

• Experience with Spark libraries, Scala, Python, SQL queries.
• Familiarity with distributed computing, Hadoop, and cloud databases.
• Proven ability to work with business and technical teams to integrate algorithms into large-scale product platforms.
