Job Summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Photogrammetrist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise in photogrammetry, supporting the requirements of the United States Government (USG). They should possess a PhD in Photogrammetry, experience with Community Sensor Model (CSM), and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement photogrammetry processes and procedures for USG missions.
• Conduct research to improve photogrammetry capabilities.
• Apply system integration processes for CSM implementations across 3D data sets.
• Oversee the use of mensuration tools and accuracy assessments for USG data.
• Organize and lead Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the CSM Working Group (CSMWG).
• Lead technical projects, ensuring alignment with mission-driven requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 7 years with a Master's; 4 years with a PhD.
• Practical knowledge in mensuration tools and techniques.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Photogrammetry.
• 20+ years of experience in photogrammetry.
• 10+ years supporting USG, including the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
• Extensive experience with CSM and CSMWG.
• Familiarity with 3D data generation and evaluation.
• Experience in Image Science, Geospatial Science, and Engineering.
• Knowledge in CSMs and related processes.
• Experience with Lidar, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), and remote sensing technologies.
• Proficiency in photogrammetry software such as Socet GXP, ENVI, and ERDAS.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements

This role may require office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environments. Candidates must be capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
