15 years of experience in Physical Design CAD and methodology.

Experience building and managing teams.

Experience in PDCAD flow architecture and methodology.

Experience in project planning, execution, and risk mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in power optimization techniques.

Experience in low-power methodology.

Responsibilities:

Develop ASIC Register-Transfer Level (RTL) to Graphic Data Stream (GDS) Physical Design (PD) CAD flow for Power Performance Area (PPA) designs.

Develop detailed project plans with key milestones, assign tasks, track progress, and identify potential risks to develop mitigation plans.

Lead, guide, motivate, and mentor the team to achieve performance goals.
