Job Opportunity: Principal AI Data Scientist

At Blend360, we are in search of a driven Data Scientist who will collaborate with practice leaders and clients to transform business challenges into actionable solutions. Your role will involve analyzing intricate business scenarios, identifying potential risks, and delivering insights to influence key business decisions. Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with practice leaders to translate business problems into viable Data Science solutions, proposing various approaches and their pros and cons.
• Work with practice leaders to gather stakeholder feedback, align on approaches, deliverables, and roadmaps.
• Join our global Data Science team to deliver AI solutions using advanced Machine Learning methods and tools.
• Create and maintain efficient data pipelines within clients’ architecture, using SQL, Spark, and Cloud Big Data technologies.
• Assemble large, complex data sets from various sources to meet functional business requirements.
• Develop analytics tools to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other critical business metrics.
• Perform data cleaning, data quality control, and integrate data on Advanced Data Science Platforms.
• Summarize and document key insights from statistical data analysis, exploratory data analysis, data mining, to aid decision-making.
• Train, validate, and cross-validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms using state-of-the-art Data Science techniques.
• Document predictive models and machine learning results for integration into client deliverables.
• Assist clients in deploying models and algorithms within their architecture.

Qualifications

• MS degree in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Advanced Data Science, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, text mining, geospatial analytics, time series forecasting, optimization.
• Experience with LLMs and manipulating model parameters for desired text generation outcomes.
• Solid knowledge and experience with RAG models.
• Proficient in at least one Advanced Data Science software language (Python, R, SAS).
• Proven ability to deploy machine learning models from research to production using procedural or pipeline approaches.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, as well as working knowledge of databases like Hadoop/Hive.
• Experience with Spark and data-frames in PySpark or Scala.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to visualize data for influence.
• Comfortable with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely is a plus.
• Experience with AI is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is essential.
