Role Overview: Principal Associate, UX/UI Designer
The Card Data, Models, and Credit (DMC) group is looking for a UX Designer to enhance data-driven financial solutions. You’ll join a multifaceted team aimed at tackling significant challenges and reinventing the banking experience.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with teams across technology, product, and business to identify user requirements.
- Translate insights into intuitive and engaging design solutions.
- Utilize human-centered design methods to maintain a customer-focused approach in design strategies.
- Develop and present comprehensive design concepts to stakeholders.
Design & Delivery
- Work on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Contribute to our internal design system and uphold design best practices.
Who You Are
- Have at least 4 years of UX/UI design experience.
- Possess expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Product Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience with service design, journey mapping, and user research is preferred.
Location-Specific Salary Information
For San Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site): The salary range is $142,100 - $162,100 for Principal Associate, Design.
Salaries for candidates in other locations will reflect the respective pay range of that area.
