Position Overview

As a Principal Data Scientist at Rackner, you will spearhead the analysis and interpretation of complex data to craft accessible results. Your role involves leading the development of data-driven solutions to enhance business processes. Expect to design sophisticated data models, algorithms, and predictive analytics, working closely with stakeholders to align with their objectives and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong fluency in programming languages including Python, R, SQL, and Scala.
  • Advanced skills in data manipulation, visualization, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka and cloud services like AWS and Azure.

Education and Professional Experience:

  • A Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in data science or analytics.
  • A demonstrated track record in leading and delivering impactful data-driven projects and solutions.
  • Proven capabilities in managing large datasets and performing complex quantitative analyses with meticulous accuracy.
