Job Role Overview

As a Principal Data Scientist, you will lead the lifecycle of data science from data modeling to tool design to enhance decision-making across the company. You will develop ML/AI algorithms to predict customer behaviors and define the future of our internal tools, working closely with various stakeholders to continually refine these models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML algorithms aimed at enhancing customer purchase likelihood and retention.
• Act as a Product Manager for developed models, gathering crucial feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to align front-line and executive-level strategies with data-driven insights.
• Create and manage tools for data visualization and decision-making, predominantly using PowerBI.
• Engage in continuous analytical testing and refining to ensure the highest model accuracy and relevancy.

Required Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Data Science or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in data science, with a proven record in delivering effective machine learning/AI algorithms.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and similar analytics tools.
• Robust experience in data management and visualization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation Details

Salary range: $134,000 - $178,000 - $223,000. Specific salary is determined by multiple factors including experience and location. Additionally, eligible candidates may participate in discretionary bonus plans, commission plans, and/or equity plans.
