As a Principal Product Manager focusing on Machine Learning at Zocdoc, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform's capabilities. Machine learning is crucial for optimizing the patient-provider matching process and offering personalized insurance and specialty recommendations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine ML products that prioritize a phenomenal patient experience on the Zocdoc platform.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify and harness ML opportunities that propel Zocdoc's growth.
• Engage with industry research to stay ahead in machine learning trends and applications.
• Manage product roadmaps and strategic planning documents to effectively guide ML initiatives.
• Lead the design and execution of experiments and data analysis to enhance product offerings.

Who You Are:

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5-10 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on data science and ML technologies.
• Proven expertise in ML model management, from development through deployment and performance monitoring.
• Background in healthcare or digital marketplaces is beneficial.
• Excellent project management skills and proficiency in SQL for deep data analysis.
• Experience on teams specializing in recommendation systems or personalization is highly desirable.

NYC Base Salary Range: $210,000—$245,000 USD
