Main Responsibilities

As the first Product Manager in our burgeoning AI/ML Division, you will:

• Lead the inception, strategy, and deployment of sophisticated ML and AI solutions that address real business challenges.
• Collaborate with diverse groups ranging from operational teams to engineers, driving the advancement of ML tooling and integrations.
• Set, evaluate, and refine OKRs that ensure the successful adoption and operational performance of AI technologies.
• Guide product vision, balance priorities, and streamline product delivery timelines.
• Analyze data and performance metrics, drawing insights that fuel data-driven decision-making across business operations.

Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ML software product management, with additional experience in fields such as localization, translation, data collection, or NLP as a plus.
• Proven ability to engage senior management and stakeholders in high-level decision-making and strategy planning.
• Strong analytical skills complemented by proficiency in MS Office and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
