As global economies trend towards Real Time Payments (RTP), Visa is uniquely positioned to play a pivotal role. You will join our RTP Risk Analytics team, which is vital to our strategy in supporting new payment modalities. Your expertise in AI and machine learning will help develop state-of-the-art solutions for real-time fraud and scam detection, ensuring secure and modern payment solutions worldwide.

In this dynamic role as a Product Manager (Analyst), you will collaborate with Visa Research and Data Engineering teams in the US, utilizing cutting-edge AI techniques to develop our innovative service offerings. You will not only contribute to product development but also play a key role in market activation and client engagement across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of new RTP Risk Analytics products, from inception through live deployment.
• Collaborate extensively with internal teams and align projects with the overall Visa strategy and product ecosystem.
• Manage pilot projects with prospective clients, demonstrating product value and preparing them for transition to live services.
• Engage in product commercialization efforts, including delivering pitches and fostering ongoing client relationships.
• Champion innovative solutions to industry challenges using a Design Thinking approach.

Qualifications

We are seeking a driven individual with:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in consulting or product management related to Advanced Analytics in the financial services sector.
• Demonstrable experience in financial crime or payments within financial services.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in agile environments and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with teams across different levels and regions.
• Passion for driving innovation and enhancing customer-centric solutions.
