Job Summary

The Product Data Architect is crucial to our configuration management efforts, focusing on maintaining a robust digital thread across product configurations from design to service. Expertise in Windchill Change Objects, product structure attribution, and working with cross-functional teams in new product development is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of product structure objectives with the digital thread.
• Collaborate with Windchill Administrators to optimize configurations and oversee customizations for change processes.
• Maintain the integrity and security of data structures by enforcing company product structuring policies.
• Address anticipatory needs in Product Structure and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Perform thorough configuration audits.
• Devise and deliver Product Data Management (PDM) technical training.
• Lead and participate in process improvements.
• Analyze the impacts of proposed product design changes on Bills of Materials.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications in CMII, CMPIC, or PLM highly preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in configuration management desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experienced with PTC PDM/PLM software.
