Join us in a pivotal role as a Product Manager within our RTP Risk Analytics product team, and steer groundbreaking AI products from inception to global market introduction. This opportunity is perfect for those with a background in consulting, data science, business analysis, and who thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Economies worldwide are shifting towards Real Time Payments (RTP), which brings significant innovation to the payment processes. At Visa, you will help design and deploy advanced AI-driven products to aid financial institutions in detecting and preventing real-time fraud and scams using cutting-edge technologies like Deep Learning and Network Graph Analytics.

In this role, you will collaborate with Visa Research and our Machine Learning R&D team in San Francisco, to integrate the latest AI innovations into our products. You will also lead the commercialization, manage client relationships, and oversee pilot projects to demonstrate our product's value and prepare clients for a seamless transition to live services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of the RTP Risk Analytics product suite.
  • Engage with AI specialists and tech teams to define product goals and integrate innovative features.
  • Direct the pilot phase of product testing with clients, ensuring successful execution and feedback.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy and activation of the product globally.
  • Use creative and innovative problem-solving approaches to overcome industry challenges.
  • Grow and manage your team to support product delivery.

Qualifications

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A minimum of 6 years professional experience with an advanced degree preferred in related fields.
  • Robust background in product management, AI/ML, and consulting within financial services.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, agile project environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

This is a hybrid position requiring office presence 2-3 days a week, with flexibility based on project needs.
