Position Summary

Samsung Ads is an intuitive audience platform that delivers meaningful experiences by reaching the right audience across Smart TV, mobile, and desktop. Our business has seen exponential growth, increasing tenfold since 2015. As a Product Manager focusing on Machine Learning Initiatives, you will collaborate with cross-functional global teams and external partners to enhance revenue and user experience across existing and new product initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development, launch, and adoption of new audience intelligence, machine learning, and performance advertising solutions.
  • Enhancing and improving existing features while launching new ones.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with global engineering, design, product marketing, and sales teams.
  • Supporting the vision and strategy for the products within your area.
  • Communicating product strategies, plans, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Staying updated on advertising industry trends.
  • Defining metrics and KPIs to measure the success of your products.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

  • 5+ years in Product Management/Technical Product Management, with at least 5 years in digital advertising/AdTech.
  • A proven track record of end-to-end product delivery and demonstrated impact of shipped products.
  • Experience applying machine learning in product development.
  • Ownership of product and roadmap strategy.
  • Experience in Agile product development.
  • Understanding of existing and competitive performance advertising solutions (DSPs, publishers, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with data, especially SQL and data processing/data warehouses.
  • Ability to balance concurrent projects and manage trade-offs effectively.
  • Experience in building consumer-facing AdTech products is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range and Benefits (California and NY Only)

Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA, ranges from $140,000 to $175,000. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. Regular full-time employees have access to benefits including:
