• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• 3 years of experience managing programs that involve vendor-managed resources.

Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance programs, define milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks and controls to various stakeholders and customers.
• Create and drive initiatives to support data security and governance over internal data.
• Coordinate, manage, and facilitate compliance processes, delivering updates and communicating schedules, priorities, and status at all company levels.
• Lead teams across multiple disciplines and domains to drive strategic and essential programs. Establish and improve compliance programs across the entire cloud portfolio.

The Role:

As a Program Manager III in the Core Machine Learning (ML) team, you will be at the forefront of Google's ML infrastructure, strengthening accountability and execution of key ML initiatives. The Core ML organization aims to create a unified path for machine learning at Google, and your role will be pivotal in leading multidisciplinary programs to achieve this vision.

Salary and Benefits:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000 - $207,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. The range displayed on each job posting represents the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
