We are actively seeking engineers, data scientists, analysts, and product managers with a passion for transforming education through AI. If you're enthusiastic about utilizing AI to tackle hard questions in education and drive impactful results, we want to hear from you!

Core Goals and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Data Scientists, and Engineers to refine LLM prompts for optimal results.
• Develop strategies for effective customer customization of AI tools while maintaining output quality.
• Design advanced AI prompt techniques, including one-shot, few-shot, prompt-chaining, RAG, Chain-of-Thought, and Multiple-LLM strategies.
• Test, monitor, and enhance AI-powered product experiences in partnership with Data Scientists.
• Manage prompting approaches to maximize cost-efficiency of LLM applications.

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• 3+ years of related experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills for complex data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python programming is a plus.
• Experience with Vector Databases is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration skills with both product and technology stakeholders.
