Requirements:

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, or research analytics.
• Proficiency in R Shiny application or dashboard development.
• Experience with R or Python for statistical analysis and optimization.
• Competence in building and presenting mathematical models.
• Skills in data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and mining.
• Experience working in team environments for application development.
• Ability to research, communicate, and implement high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in developing front-end applications using React.
• Skills in DevSecOps and CI/CD best practices.
• Experience with Docker deployment.
• Familiarity with UNIX, Linux, Azure, AWS, or GovCloud.
• Handling and conversion of multiple spatial and non-spatial data sources.
• Knowledge of Git, QA/QC workstreams, and feature testing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and quantitative skills.

Compensation:

Our recognition program acknowledges exceptional performance. Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for our benefits programs. The salary range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD), representing just one part of the total compensation package.

Work Model:

We prioritize flexibility and collaboration. Positions listed as remote or hybrid involve periodic visits to Booz Allen or client sites. Onsite roles require in-person collaboration as needed.
