Job Description

As part of our Research and Development projects, work is underway on the design and development of autonomous or semi-autonomous land robotic systems. In this context, a number of sensors dedicated to the robot's autonomy have been set up. We notably use RGB and RGB-D cameras.

Within this framework, we wish to focus on machine learning methods that can be embedded on the robot. More specifically, the goal is to study voice recognition methods with the aim of voice-commanding the robot for its movements, and real-time image segmentation methods for real-time semantic mapping.

The goal will be to develop these methods so that they can be embedded in the robots without network dependency.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a specialization in computer science. A specialization in Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence/ Embedded Systems would be a plus.

You are proficient in C++ and Python programming and are familiar with the field of artificial intelligence.

Knowledge in embedded systems would be an advantage.
