Position: RPA Designer

We are looking for an experienced RPA Designer to join our team. As an RPA Designer, you will support our business processes with your robotics expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying RPA potentials and analyzing current business processes.
• Designing and specifying to-be processes within the global SHAPE framework.
• Programming, testing, and rolling out solutions.
• Collaborating with the RPA Team Lead at the Center of Expertise in Madrid.

Be a part of either the Digital Organization teams or the Center of Expertise in Madrid and play a crucial role in securing successful operations.

Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Professional experience in project management, process analytics, and design.
• Knowledge of common business processes, especially in finance or back-office departments.
• Familiarity with RPA programming tools such as Kryon, Softomotive, MS Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, etc.
• Database programming and design skills are a plus.
• Experience working in Agile development teams (Scrum).
• Preferred programming languages: Python and VB Script / VBA. Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and .NET is advantageous.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, OCR tools, Enterprise Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS SQL DBs), ITSM Tools, ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, Qlik.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or business process management.
