Position Summary

We're seeking a creative and driven Senior Associate Data Scientist to join our dynamic Computational and Data Sciences (CDS) team. This role is crucial for analyzing complex data from both wet-lab and computational platforms and transforming these findings into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to support our wet-lab scientists in addressing critical research questions.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate these analyses into advanced software tools.
• Develop and utilize computational tools for analyzing molecular binding data, identifying potential hits to advance our discovery programs.
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to discuss and promote promising discoveries across multiple projects.

Experience and Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and the PyData stack (numpy, pandas, scipy, scikit-learn), along with expertise in at least one visualization toolkit.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale, real-world scientific data.
• Proficient in the Linux environment, skilled in database languages, and versed in version control tools and practices.
• Prior wet-lab and chemistry experience, as well as high-throughput screening and DEL data analysis, are desirable.

Compensation Details
