Job Overview

Leverage your expertise in financial business analysis to drive insights at FCC as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. Partner with divisional leadership teams using your strong foundation in financial analysis, planning, and business case development. Utilize your Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) credentials or a master's degree in business administration (MBA) to facilitate data-driven decision-making, forecasting, strategic project support, and comprehensive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute analytics and reports targeted at senior management.
• Analyze the operating environment and make data-driven recommendations.
• Adjust data quality, structure, and adequacy to meet analytic requirements.
• Provide domain-specific insights to other business units.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Build and maintain consulting relationships with key leaders.
• Provide technical training and mentorship to team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, finance, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• At least six years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of statistics, mathematics, or data configuration.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and management tools, and mastery of visualization tools.
