Role Overview

As a Senior Chatbot & NLP Engineer, you will spearhead the development and execution of chatbot systems using cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies. Preferred Qualifications

• Over 5 years in software/data engineering with at least 3 years focused on chatbot development using NLP.
• Solid programming skills in Python or Java.
• Proficiency with NLP tools like NLTK, Spacy, or Transformers and familiarity with ML algorithms.
• Experience with frameworks such as Dialogflow or Rasa and cloud services like AWS or GCP.
