Job Responsibilities

Study Set-up

Support in Study Set-up: Mapping and configuring studies for standardized CM dashboards through programming. Set up Site Quality Risk Assessment (SQRA) for each study. Collaborate and communicate with AD/Snr Specialist RBQM and the IT team.

Maintenance

Access Management: Periodic TMF QC tasks and potential programming revisions to CM standard dashboards to meet evolving requirements. Upload Bring Your Own Data (BYOD) files to ensure seamless integration with monitoring systems. Regular collaboration and communication with AD/Snr Specialist RBQM and the IT team. Ensure operational availability of analyses and report any spotted errors as per given instructions.

SQRA Adjustments

Adjust SDV levels according to site risk scores.

Close Out

Ensure completion of archival processes, decommission CM tools, and revoke accesses. Continue to collaborate and communicate with AD/Snr Specialist RBQM.

Required Experience

Industry Experience: Prior experience working in a Pharma/CRO environment is necessary.

Programming Skills: Proficiency in R Language is a MUST, along with a strong understanding of clinical data. Experience in software programming from scratch, especially programming in R, is required.

Software Tools: Experience in JIRA, and the ability to design, create, and implement software solutions.
