Minimum Qualifications

  • Expertise in modern processor micro-architecture and related technologies and algorithms.

Compensation and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$266,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter will provide the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to CPU frontend designs focusing on micro-architecture and RTL design for next-generation CPUs.
  • Propose performance-enhancing micro-architecture features, work with architects and performance teams for trade-off studies, and effectively communicate enhancements' pros and cons.
  • Deliver designs that meet Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) goals with production quality.
  • Translate techniques into design constructs and languages, providing guidance and participating in performance modeling efforts.
  • Collaborate with the functional verification team to ensure production-quality designs and work with the physical design team to meet frequency, power, and area goals.
