This critical role sits within our Data Analytics team, supporting the Finance team with essential portfolio and risk analytics to aid strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement analytics and reporting frameworks to monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, and assess risk factors.
  • Present complex financial data in an understandable format for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Create and maintain automated reports using SQL and Tableau to deliver insights across the company.
  • Build and improve data pipelines and systems to scale and automate our business processes.
  • Mentor and support the development of fellow Data Analysts to enhance our team's capabilities.

What We Need From You:

  • Proven experience as a data analyst in financial institutions or similar environments, adept in using modern statistical methods and data visualization tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of quantitative finance, with excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • A history of delivering results promptly and efficiently managing large datasets with modern data stacks and tooling.
  • A passion for startups, online businesses, and a knack for storytelling to effectively communicate data-driven insights.
