Position: Senior Data Architect
Location: Richmond, VA or Remote (VA)
Your Role
As a vital member of our IT team, you'll spearhead the design, implementation, and management of technological solutions that lay the groundwork for our world-class customer service. Your work ensures our services meet customer expectations now and in the future.
Key Responsibilities
You will be tasked with:
- Creating solution frameworks for integrating large or complex data sets.
- Integrating cloud-based and citizen-developer capabilities with existing technologies.
- Driving process and technology changes to support analytical workload.
- Recommending and creating data and design patterns for common business functionality.
- Assisting in developing multi-phase roadmaps within and across functional teams.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in data modeling and design with analytical and transactional data.
- 3-5 years' experience with MPP technologies, including familiarity with Greenplum and Informatica.
- Hands-on development with OLAP, OLTP, and Cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS or Azure.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Openness to a hybrid work schedule.
