Senior Data Scientist Opportunity at Alter Solutions

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Contribute to a comprehensive stack of tools for deploying chatbots into production
• Develop solutions for efficient training, building, maintenance, and monitoring of chatbots
• Ensure platform stability by adhering to standard software quality protocols
• Enhance and integrate various components of the chatbot engine
• Provide support to machine learning engineers and fellow data scientists involved in the project
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks effectively
• Communicate technical possibilities and limitations clearly to non-technical audiences, and suggest proactive technical improvements
• Possess a passion for AI with a strong desire to deepen your knowledge of natural language processing
• Develop next-generation chatbots using an LLM-powered RAG solution (experience in LLM-powered applications, RAG fine-tuning, and autonomous AI agents is essential)

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French/Dutch
• Degree in the IT field
• At least 4 years of relevant experience

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (in a production environment)
• Experience with an LLM-powered RAG solution
• Knowledge of Django (preferred)
• Extensive experience in data science with an NLP/NLU project
• Familiarity with Git
