What You’ll Be Working On

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, analytics engineers, CRM managers, and various product teams to enhance our CRM function. Our goal is to deliver timely and relevant messages to delight our users.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Utilize your expertise in analytics, data science, and data storytelling to interpret user behaviors and inform the communication strategy
  • Guide CRM teams in measuring key metrics and facilitate A/B experiments to improve our processes
  • Collaborate with the finance team to establish a unified understanding of user lifetime value and the impact of communication strategies on activation, engagement, and profitability
  • Work with engineers to ensure accurate data collection for valuable business insights

Qualifications

  • Skilled in SQL, Looker, and preferably Python
  • Experienced in conducting large-scale A/B experiments, ideally in CRM or user engagement roles
  • Excellent at presenting and communicating data insights

Interview Process

  • Final rounds including a case study and collaboration interview
