Job Description:

We are looking for a visionary Senior Data Scientist to join our Data & IT, Analytics, and Research team. This role is pivotal in leveraging advanced analytics, including Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI, to drive strategic decisions and foster a culture of data-driven innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead data science projects that produce strategic, impactful insights.
  • Build and fine-tune predictive models and generate data visualizations to support decision making.
  • Explore and implement applications of LLMs and Generative AI in research and analysis to enhance organizational outputs.
  • Act as a mentor and provide training on ML and data analytics tools, enhancing internal capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience with a strong background in data science and analytics.
  • Proven expertise in designing data flows and training others in coding and data science methodologies.

Work Schedule and Location:

The position requires working in-person three days a week at our central office in the Financial District. Occasional travel to other regions (Boston, Troy & Rochester) may be necessary approximately once a month.

Compensation and Benefits:
